I'm not easily accepting.
tell me one thing,
i believe another.
people say this is bad,
honestly i find comfort in it.
i can accept the fact
that what's happened is true
but that hurts
a little too much maybe.
let me stay with my dreams
they make life (slightly) better
truth can hurt
but denial hurts worse.
